Please join more than 300 Oklahoma environmental managers, regulators, and consultants to attend the 33rd EFO Annual Meeting and Trade Show scheduled for October 14-16, 2024, at the Reed Conference Center in Midwest City, Oklahoma. The 33rd Annual Meeting is oriented toward providing the environmental regulated community with the most current technologies and information relevant to environmental, safety, and natural and cultural resources compliance. The Annual Meeting will kick off on October 14th with the Annual Golf Tournament and includes 11:00 am lunch and 12:00 pm shotgun start. EFO will also hold its 2nd EFO Annual Pre-Conference Networking Event on October 14th from 6:00 – 10:00 pm. The Annual Meeting begins at 8:30 AM on October 15th and 16th. The prestigious Frank Condon Award for Environmental Excellence will be awarded during the conference luncheon Tuesday and end with the EFO Annual Business Meeting on Wednesday afternoon. Sponsorships

Sponsorship sales end on Thursday, October 4, 2024. Note: Conference sponsorships do NOT come with registration; the golf sponsorships DO come with one golf registration.
Exhibition Hall
EFO will have exhibitor booth available for sale for both Members and Non-members. These booths are available on a first come/first served basis and tend to sell out very quickly after registration opens. See Registration below to purchase an Exhibitor Booth.
Golf Tournament
The 2024 EFO Annual Golf Tournament will be held at The Golf Club of Edmond in Edmond, Oklahoma. Please plan to join us on October 14th for a great golf in the Oklahoma outdoors! Golf will be a shot gun start at 12:00 pm with lunch being provided beginning at 11:00 am. Registration ends on Tuesday, October 8th for the golf tournament – so don’t wait! Get registered soon for it!
2nd EFO Annual Pre-Conference Networking Event
EFO will be holding its 2nd Annual EFO Pre-Conference Networking Event on October 14th. It will begin at 6:00 pm with transportation from the hotel to downtown Oklahoma City where food will be available at the first location and visits to two additional downtown venues. Conference attendees will get to mingle and network with each other prior to the conference. Only 70 tickets are available and will be sold on a first come, first serve basis. Attendees will be returned safely to the hotel at ~10:00 pm. Only 70 tickets are available for purchase so plan now to get your tickets for this event!
Hotel Reservations
EFO has reserved a block of rooms at the Reed Conference Center. Please make your hotel room reservations as soon as possible to secure your room at the conference rate. The reservation deadline is Monday, September 30, 2024. Reserve your room at the conference rate!
Ticket Costs
The tickets will soon be available for purchase. Continental breakfast, the breaks with food and drink, and lunch are included with registration.
Dietary Restrictions
If you have dietary restrictions (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergies, etc.), you MUST send an email to Jennifer Wasinger (see email address below). If Jennifer is not notified, EFO cannot guarantee the appropriate food service will be available to an attendee.
Registration
Registration for Exhibitor Booths, Sponsorship sales, Conference registration, and Golf Tournament registration will open on August 1, 2024.
Refund Policy
No refunds are available after September 13, 2024, but substitutions are welcome!
