“Moving Forward Without Tumbling Over: What Is Achievable?”

Please join more than 300 Oklahoma environmental managers, regulators, and consultants to attend the 33rd EFO Annual Meeting and Trade Show scheduled for October 14-16, 2024, at the Reed Conference Center in Midwest City, Oklahoma. The 33rd Annual Meeting is oriented toward providing the environmental regulated community with the most current technologies and information relevant to environmental, safety, and natural and cultural resources compliance. The Annual Meeting will kick off on October 14th with the Annual Golf Tournament and includes 11:30 am lunch and 12:00 pm shotgun start. EFO will also hold its 2nd EFO Annual Pre-Conference Networking Event on October 14th from 6:00 – 10:00 pm. The Annual Meeting begins at 8:30 AM on October 15th and 16th. The prestigious Frank Condon Award for Environmental Excellence will be awarded during the conference luncheon Tuesday and end with the EFO Annual Business Meeting on Wednesday afternoon. Sponsorships 
The following sponsorships are available. Sponsors will also need to complete the Exhibitor/Sponsor form. See Registration below to purchase the sponsorships below. Sponsorship sales end on Thursday, October 4, 2024. Note: Conference sponsorships do NOT come with registration; the golf sponsorships DO come with one golf registration.

Exhibition Hall
EFO will have exhibitor booth available for sale for both Members and Non-members. These booths are available on a first come/first served basis and tend to sell out very quickly after registration opens. See Registration below for the costs and links to purchase. 

  • The costs for a Member booth is $600 and a Non-Member booth is $750.
  • The exhibitor booths come with one Exhibitor attendee. 
  • A second Exhibitor attendee is available for $200 registration.
  • Additional attendees for an exhibitor company must register under the appropriate ticket below (i.e., – Member or Non-member ticket).
  • Electricity to the booth is available for $50. Orders for electricity must be placed by no later than September 28, 2024.
  • Exhibitors will also be required to complete and submit the Exhibitor/Sponsorship form.  Completion and submission of this form does not reserve a booth; you must also register for a booth.

Golf Tournament
The 2024 EFO Annual Golf Tournament will be held at The Golf Club of Edmond in Edmond, Oklahoma. Please plan to join us on October 14th for a great golf in the Oklahoma outdoors! Golf will be a shot gun start at 12:00 pm with lunch being provided beginning at 11:00 am. Registration ends on Tuesday, October 8th for the golf tournament – so don’t wait! Get registered soon for it!

Ticket Costs
The tickets will son be available for purchase and the pricing. Continental breakfast, break, and lunch are included with registration. Early bird ends on September 13, 2024. Regular registration is September 14-27, 2024. Late registration is September 28, 2024 and after.

Dietary Restrictions 
If you have dietary restrictions (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergies, etc.), you MUST send an email to Jennifer Wasinger (see email address below). 

Registration
Registration for exhibitor sales, sponsorship sales, conference and golf tournament registration will open on August 1, 2024. 

Refund Policy
No refunds are available after September 13, 2024, but substitutions are welcome!
